the staff was very helpful. they sorted our transfers with no fuss. our needs were always met, we were greeted well and were offered water, tea and coffee when entering.
my room was not as shown online. it was smaller than it looked and not so luxurious. the breakfast choice was poor.

my room need the door key in the wall slot to allow the air conditioning running. this mean the room get hot while i was out. the road to the hotel is very narrow and hard to navigate for drivers.

Excellent Stay with Sea View

The restaurant has a wonderful view of the sea and mosque. I saw birds come right up to the windows. The junior suite was spacious (this was a plus). It had a balcony with a sea view. Couches in the room were great. Rooms were very clean. The hotel is close to many historical sites. Most are within walking distance, though the roads in this area are not easy. I found the wifi to be fast.
The road to the hotel is narrow. Taxi drivers had some trouble.

The restaurant offers a great sea view, especially nice during breakfast with many windows letting in natural light. A family-friendly environment is very apparent. The staff helped with bags and strollers. Tips were appreciated by the staff.

The hotel's location offers convenient access to nearby museums and mosques. Most attractions are within walking distance. The grand bazaar and blue mosque are within easy reach on foot (it's a central area). its nearness to key sites is a real advantage.

Decent Stay with a Few Drawbacks

My room needed a key in the wall slot for the air conditioning. The room became very hot when I was out. The road to the hotel was also very narrow it was difficult for taxi drivers. It was not the hotel's fault but still an issue.

the staff were indeed friendly and very helpful.. location proved ideal with sites like hagia sophia and the blue mosque just a short walk away. breakfast offered excellent options to start each day.
